Relationships are built on truth and transparency — here are straightforward answers for our international buyers.
What payment terms do you accept?
We work on 100% advance TT for first orders. Once a relationship is established, we move to 30% advance with 70% against a copy of the bill of lading. Letters of credit at sight are only accepted for established buyers.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Physical tile samples are dispatched via DHL or FedEx at the buyer's cost. Sample requests are processed within 48 hours of confirmation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One 20 ft FCL per order. A mix of shades within the same collection is allowed.
How long does it take from order confirmation to shipment?
Typically 15–21 days from order confirmation and receipt of advance payment. Current lead times may vary depending on factory production schedules. We will confirm exact timelines at the time of order.
Which ports do you ship from?
All shipments are FOB Mundra, Gujarat.
What grades do you supply?
Grade 1 only. We do not source or supply Grade 2 or Grade 3 tiles under any circumstances.
Do you provide pre-shipment inspection?
Yes. Third-party inspection is arranged before every shipment. No container leaves the manufacturing unit without QC.
